Hi Guys, controversial topic here!

recently I was at my skin clinic, and I was told I should use a separate moisturiser and SPF, and not a moisturiser including SPF. I use a moisturiser with SPF 30 so I’ve tried to do some research but there’s very conflicting results.

some say they work the same but aren’t applied properly – other talk about the skin absorbing the sunscreen being bad – others say they’re diluted by the moisturiser.

does anyone have an answer ?
