[Skin Concerns] Is it normal for my skin to react to almost all the products I use? | Kr Laser

I’ve been into skincare for the past 4 years, but I never put any proper effort or research until March of this year.

Since March, I’ve tried ~20 products, some of them made specifically for sensitive or hypo-allergenic skin.

Only 2 of the products have worked (LRP Toleriane Hydrating Cleanser and Cicaplast Baume B5). Oddly enough, Bioderma Sensibio Light Cream, which is supposed to increase the skin’s tolerance, didn’t work.

Some of the products I tried just caused my skin and acne to turn redder (a few seconds to ~30 minutes), burning sensations, or breakouts. These reactions are not quite severe, but I don’t want any irritation.

On [skindex.ai](https://www.skindex.ai), there are 73 ingredients my skin is/is possibly sensitive to. Obviously some of those ingredients are counted because they were found in more than one product that didn’t work for my skin, even if my skin isn’t actually sensitive to them. But I’m still concerned by how I’ve tried 19 products and only 2 of them have worked.

Am I just being irrational and I’m not trying the right products, or should I see a dermatologist?
