Do you guys experience product pilling? Several products I have, seem to pill when I rub them in. Meaning they ball up in my finger tips and effectively rub off the skin. I’m not rubbing hard at all, more massaging the product.

My culprits: ordinary vitamin C, olay 24 retinol, and others – but these are the ones that come to mind.

Is there science to it? Wondering if a serum applied before creates a barrier, or if this is normal. Is it a sign of a bad product? Silicone?

Curious if you have a similar experience or what I should be thinking about it.
