[Product Question] Is it normal to have a 'sizzling' reaction when adding apple cider vinegar to Aztec Clay mask? | Kr Laser

I tried the clay mask with ACV for the first time and i got this weird physical/chemical reaction that makes a sizzling noise when adding the two together that i didn’t get when using it with water. I used it anyway (did a little patch test first) but it didn’t feel weird on my skin at all. So i think it’s not a reaction that makes it bad for my skin, but maybe it makes the clay less effective (like how metal can react with the clay)? Or is this totally normal and supposed to happen? The ACV i’m using is just from a local grocery shop and in the ingredients it just says apple cider vinegar, which is why i chose it because it seemed the most pure one
