Melatonin is one of those hormones that our bodies tend to make less of as we age, so supplementation is reasonable.

But what dose? The 3mg which is common for making people sleepy prior to bedtime? Or the 10mg which will obviously be enough for sleepiness, but also provide perhaps a hormone replacement sized dose?
