Have been dealing with acne for over a decade. Feeling so sad and hopeless. It seems to never fully go away, I’m considering accutante. but then worried this may be rosacea? feel very depressed.

.currently take 100 mg of spiro once a day for the last sixth months, before that was taking 150 mg for a year

**Morning:**

tatcha oil cleanser

switch off–mae love vitamin c or the ordinary’s azelaic acid

dr jart ceramadin

elta md sunscreen

**Makeup:**

Ilia serum foundation w sunscreen and squalene

**Evening:**

tatcha oil cleanser

0.1 differin or .05 tret
