I think I have closed comedones. I’ve been trying to get rid of them, but they don’t go away without popping and usually a plug comes out. Recently I’ve gotten tried of them and tried popping a few on my cheek that were close together. Only one popped but all three combined together the next day to form a pimple with more than one head. The problem is, this pimple never fully drains and is red and inflamed. What can I do?
